Unlike traditional 24/7 gyms that are packed with hundreds of different types of fitness equipment, a boutique gym is usually class-based or workout-based and offer group-training (rather than training independently).
So, rather than having a membership to a gym where you arrive and have to figure out what to do when you get there, at a boutique gym, you can arrive and you’ll have a program ready to go, with all of the equipment you need set up for you to get started.
Rather than booking into a specific class type, UBX offers a unique workout experience that combines the intensity of boxing with strength training, structured into a scientifically backed Training Cycle. This cycle spans over seven weeks and includes four distinct phases: Base, Strength, Power, and Peak, each with a specific focus and purpose.

Our model allows you to walk in and work out whenever it suits you best, be it during our Coached Hours for individualised guidance or during Extended Access times, where you can be guided by our innovative Coaching Screens, and you can even access our Boxing + Strength workouts on the days you can’t make it to the gym, using our On Demand app
The UBX Training Camp is a coach-led, community-powered six week health and fitness challenge designed to help people of all fitness levels push through their limits and achieve things they never thought possible. During the six week challenge, members get access to a world-class boxing and strength training program and nutritional guidance and support, all designed to be enjoyable and maximise results.
