The beauty of boxing is that you can start with the basics and continue developing the skill long-term because there’s no limit to your progression. If you’re new to boxing, it might seem like a lot to take in, so we’ve broken down the basics of boxing as both a sport and form of fitness, with info on how to get started as a beginner.
Boxing offers more than just skill and technique. When used correctly, boxing has the potential to build muscle and strength through it’s combination of workout intensity, systematic muscle activation, and endurance exercises.
Boxing not only helps you to get toned and build muscle, and increase your speed and endurance, it can make your training more fun. It’s also a great option for a mental health boost and a fast and effective workout to break up your weekly routine.
There’s no boxing ring, and you never have to spar with other members – our workout is completely adaptable to each individual and offers a fun, high-intensity boxing and strength workout that’s finished in under 45 minutes.
“Extended Access” is our innovative solution to making fitness more accessible than ever before. It provide UBX members with the ability to enter and train in our facilities outside usual staffed hours.
