Here’s how we make it happen:
Coached Hours with 1-on-1 Support
During our coached hours, you’ll receive guidance, support and motivation from our coaches to make sure that you get the most out of every single session.
Our coaches work with you throughout each workout, providing individual support and adaptations to suit your fitness and skill-level. This might involve providing an alternative exercise to assist you with an injury, or supporting you with heavier weights to challenge yourself further.
On Boxing rounds, you’ll receive one-on-one boxing padwork, which simulates the feeling of being in the ring (without the risk of being punched back) where your coaches will help you to sharpen your technique over time. Then, on your Strength rounds, your coaches are available to support you with form and technique as you need it, in order to make sure you get the most out of every movement.

Behind every great workout is an even greater plan. Our programs are masterminded by our elite team, including Head of Boxing Danny Green and Head of Strength and Conditioning Brad Harrington. Their expertise ensures that each workout is not just a random set of exercises but a carefully curated program designed to maximize your fitness gains. With a new workout every day, accessible at any UBX location, you get access to world-class knowledge and guidance every single visit.
Coaching Screens to Guide You
On each of the 12 rounds throughout a UBX workout you’ll find a “Coaching Screen”. These screens demonstrate your exercises, set out your reps, and provide challenges and aims around things like tempo, boxing technique and heart rate zones. The guidance from the screens will help you make sure you know exactly what to do, how far into the round you are (or how long is left) and when it’s time to move onto the next round.
