Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping you develop your boxing skills. You’ll receive 1-on-1 time with a coach throughout your workout to ensure you’re learning and progressing at your own pace. This individualised approach also means that we can make adaptations as needed, changing the power, speed and complexity of boxing padwork to meet you where you’re at.
No sparring
You’ll never have to worry about stepping into the ring with a sparring partner. We focus on the technical aspects of boxing, emphasising proper form, footwork, and combinations during 1-on-1 coaching, and use boxing bags and other boxing equipment throughout your workout.
Science-based Strength Programming
In addition to boxing-specific training, UBX incorporates a comprehensive strength component into every workout. This aspect ensures that you continue to progress, building muscle and stamina alongside your boxing skills.
