We are so proud of the incredible results we have seen from 05 // Training Camp, and your incredible efforts that have led you to where you are today in your journey.It is our pleasure to introduce your International Winners for 05 // Training Camp!

EMMA
FEMALE INTERNATIONAL WINNER
“I fight for to feel good and make myself stronger”

Emma became a UBX’er only this year, entering into UBX Wagga Wagga’s first every Training Camp, on a journey to improve her mental health, feel confident about herself and change her mindset throughout her daily life.

“I’ve done other challenges before but have never had results like this before. This time I significantly noticed a difference in my fitness, and in gaining muscle. My energy levels have been so much greater, especially having two young boys. Doing something for myself really picked up my mood,” Emma said.

Emma trained 4-5 times each week, and even continued on despite getting sick part way into the challenge. She said that “nutrition was a big part” for her, and that she tried to be disciplined as much as possible whilst “still enjoying a couple of beers.”

Her advice to other UBX’ers is “just start and give it a go. Once you start, you realise how enjoyable it is. It’s hard work but it doesn’t feel like a workout where you want it to be over.”

Emma attributes her success also to her coaches saying that their guidance made sure that she remained consistent and continually improved week-to-week.

JEREMY
MALE INTERNATIONAL WINNER
“I fight to maintain a healthier lifestyle”

Jeremy first discovered UBX whilst on a holiday in Fiji with a group of friends where he met our 02 // Training Camp Winner, Tevita who was enjoying his own Training Camp Prize! After seeing Tevita’s incredible results, Jeremy and 3 friends he was holidaying with got started with UBX Werribee just this year!

Prior to UBX, Jeremy had been running, cycling and doing weights for his training, but after discovering our workout said, “the group environment really pushes you to go beyond what you usually do when you’re just independent.”

Jeremy said that the best part was the structure, “I love that there’s phases set up and a structure to the Training Camp. We were doing different exercises each week and I really noticed a difference.””I followed the nutrition to a tee and I know that helped. I was actually eating less prior to the nutrition plan that was included in the Training Camp. It blew my mind that I lost weight by eating less, and also it didn’t feel like a diet at all.””And having the app was awesome – it was like my bible. It was just so convenient having everything all in the one place”

His advice: “Follow the plan and believe in it, and don’t stress over the little things.”

Congratulations to these two fighters who took on Training Camp like champions and achieved these amazing transformations, physically, athletically and mentally.
