Introducing Tracy, our 23 // Training Camp Female Winner.

Our Training Camp 23 winner, Tracy, is a Mum of 2 who joined UBX in 2018, and has been crushing workouts ever since. With a busy life, working full-time, two teenagers, and a love for her dogs, Tracy proves that dedication and routine can make even the busiest schedules work in your favour. Here’s a closer look at how she tackled 23 Training Camp and came out stronger than ever.

Here is Tracy’s transformation from Training Camp:

Our Training Camp provides our members with the Training, Nutrition and Mindset guidance to transform in just 6 weeks – and this was Tracy’s experience:

Long-standing UBX’er Since 2018

On the brink of turning 50, Tracy balances a full-time job, family life with two teenage kids, and a busy schedule. Despite it all, one thing never changes: starting every morning Monday through Saturday at UBX.

A member since 2018 (back in the 12 Rounds days), Tracy was drawn to UBX for its boxing focus and flexible, no-booking model – making it easy to stay committed long term.

Supportive Coaches Helping Tracy Take Things Up a Notch

During the six-week Training Camp, Tracy took things up a notch. Training six mornings a week already, she increased her weights and pushed herself further, all with the support of her coach. This was a huge milestone given she had only recently returned to training after having both knees replaced earlier in the year.

Simple, Sustainable & Balanced Nutrition

Nutrition stayed simple and sustainable – lean meats, rice, salads, plenty of water, and one “cheat meal” a week with her family to ensure balance and enjoyment whilst working hard. Tracy focused on discipline, cutting late-night eating and unnecessary snacking, prioritising sleep, and adding creatine to support recovery. All of which helped her achieve her fantastic results.

Training Camp as the Foundation for Building Long-Term Habits

Despite finishing the challenge just before the busy Christmas period, Tracy came out of 23 Training Camp feeling motivated, stronger, and more energised, with noticeable improvements in sleep and gym performance. Her focus now is on maintaining consistency and building long-term habits – because for Tracy, Training Camp was never just about six weeks.

Her advice?
“Routine and dedication. Stay consistent, trust the process, and lean on your coaches – they’re there to help you succeed.”

Congratulations to Tracy, a well-deserved Training Camp 23 winner!
