At UBX we offer a form of “hybrid-flexible fitness” which gives you the ultimate freedom to access your workouts however, whenever and wherever you need them!
Is it a class, a PT or just a program?
It’s all of the above! Although we call them “workouts” rather than “classes” because it’s group-training with 1-on-1 coach support but you don’t have to book ahead and there’s no class timetable.
Our model allows you to walk in and work out whenever it suits you best, be it during our Coached Hours for individualised guidance or during Extended Access times, where you can be guided by our innovative Coaching Screens, and you can even access our Boxing + Strength workouts on the days you can’t make it to the gym, using our On Demand app.
Coached Hours
Our coaches are dedicated to understanding your personal goals and adapting the workout to suit your needs, and where you’re at in your fitness journey. Coached hours vary between locations, but typically include a morning session and afternoon session on weekdays, and selected weekend hours. During coached hours, you’ll receive one-on-one attention throughout your workout with boxing padwork, form and technique adjustments and motivation to help you push that little bit further.
Extended Access
Extended Access hours offer a different kind of freedom. For those who prefer to train independently or on a more flexible schedule, these hours provide the perfect opportunity. When you visit the gym during Extended Access, you’ll be guided by our Coaching Screens on each round which display your exercises, number of reps, a demonstration of the movement, and challenges or aims specific to that round. Extended Access is perfect for anyone who have changing schedules day-to-day or week-to-week, like shift workers, busy parents or students; or even if you just like to have a little flexibility when it comes to your training schedule.
App Workouts
Our On Demand app extends the flexibility of our gym to your home or wherever you are. We designed our app with our members in mind – to give them a way to access their workouts whenever they couldn’t make it to the gym so that they never have to miss out. The app offers a range of workouts that incorporate the same boxing and strength programming we use in the gym, and can be refined based on duration and how much time you have available, what muscle groups you want to train, and what equipment you may or may not have available.
Our approach to flexible fitness at UBX extends beyond “convenience”. We are committed to providing members with an experience that helps you to to maintain consistency in your workouts, and achieve better results long-term. Whether you prefer early morning workouts to energise your day or late-night sessions to unwind after a big day, UBX is there for you. We want to make sure that regardless of how hectic your schedule gets, there’s always time for your health and fitness.
