At UBX, there’s no more booking classes, no more rushing to make a session, and no more missing out because a class is full.
Where traditional gyms or other boutique studios might require you to work around their fixed schedules, our gym is designed to work around your world.
Workouts, Not Classes
We believe fitness shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all, so rather than “classes”, we provide dynamic, “workouts” that change daily and are adaptable to suit where you’re at in your fitness. Our unique 12-round circuit features a blend of boxing and strength training that is programmed by our in-house Athletics Department, and follows a long-term strategy for ongoing results.
The Freedom of Flexible Start Times
Our Flexible Start Times mean you can step into the gym and start your workout at any round, any time. Here’s how it works:
- Arrive Anytime: With no class timetable, you’re free to walk in whenever it suits you.
- Choose Your Starting Round: Pick any round from 1 to 12.
- Begin on the Next Interval: Every 3 minutes, a new round begins. Just jump in and start!
This approach not only offers unparalleled convenience but also ensures that you never feel left behind or out of sync. It’s your workout at your pace.
Science-Based Training for Continuous Progression
Our workouts change daily, guided by our expertly designed Training Cycle. This approach mirrors the elite training methods used by athletes, ensuring ongoing progression and variety in your workouts. Instead of booking a specific “type” of class, you get to experience a holistic, science-based training program that evolves with you.
Your workouts – on demand
At UBX, we offer world-class workouts, ready when you are! Our model allows you to walk in and work out whenever it suits you best, be it during our Coached Hours for individualised guidance or during Extended Access times, where you can be guided by our innovative Coaching Screens, and you can even access our Boxing + Strength workouts on the days you can’t make it to the gym, using our On Demand app.
