Rather than feeling like you have to find more time, we encourage our members to take an holistic look at their lifestyle and priorities and identify ways to make fitness work into their lives.
To help you stay active, here are a couple of equipment-free workouts you can do anywhere, anytime. These at-home boxing and strength workouts have 4 rounds, 3 minutes each, with 30 seconds rest in between.
At UBX, we offer an immersive, expert-driven fitness experience that goes far beyond traditional personal training. Our approach offers members programming that’s backed by science, led by world-class experts and completely adaptable to your individual needs.
You don’t – because you don’t have to book. Our Flexible Start Times mean you can step into the gym and start your workout at any round, any time.
Unlike traditional 24/7 gyms that are packed with hundreds of different types of fitness equipment, a boutique gym is usually class-based or workout-based and offer group-training (rather than training independently).
So, rather than having a membership to a gym where you arrive and have to figure out what to do when you get there, at a boutique gym, you can arrive and you’ll have a program ready to go, with all of the equipment you need set up for you to get started.
Are you one of those people who have always wanted to try boxing, but the idea of being a beginner in a gym full of experienced fighters has always put you off? If so, you’re not alone!
